Beverly is a WGV resident and has been teaching Yoga, Pilates and offering personalized training in this area for nearly 10 years. Her classes are open to all levels (beginner’s welcome!) and encourages mindful movements, core strengthening/stabilization to improve balance, and gentle stretches to help release tightness and tension – each of Beverly’s classes end with a brief relaxation period to complete the mind/body experience.
